Agents (AHG)

Note: only users with the Advanced Hunt Group option enabled can be added as agents.

In order to add agents to the Advanced Hunt Group:

1. Click on Add agent.
   All users with enabled Advanced Hunt Group functionality will be listed. If a user is not listed, probably you need to assign an Advanced Hunt Group license to them. It can be done by pressing Adding Advanced Hunt Group users.

2. Click the check mark next to the user(s) you would like to add.

3. Click the Add button.

Note: you cannot add external phone numbers to the Advanced Hunt Group.
