Advanced Hunt Groups

An Advanced Hunt Group is a type of a hunt group with extended functionality such as a supervisor monitoring interface in the desktop client, scheduled reports, extended storage, a real-time dashboard, smart greetings, and much more.

Note: any Hunt Group can be upgraded from Basic to Advanced.
