Managers

Advanced Hunt Group Manager or Supervisor has access to the additional tools (like Whisper, Monitor, and Barge) and reports in the Elevate Desktop application.

Note: Only users with assigned Advanced Hunt Group option can be added as Managers.
A person can be an agent and a manager at the same time, and only if the Advanced Hunt Group option is enabled for them.
